ꕥ Commissions are for personal use only. You can use the Art as profile pictures/banners, but it cannot be used to make any profit. Please contact me via Twitter or Vgen DM for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.ꕥ I own all rights to my work. Putting my work into any type of AI is prohibited. I have the rights to post every artwork on my socials unless requested otherwise. Reposting and sharing is more then ok, but make sure to credit me. @Lilya_Cos on X.ꕥ For commercial rights you can always contact me onto X in my dms. The usual % for commercial rights will be 100% of the total price. This work for any type of merch, physical items or anything that provides profit. If posted on social, please credit the artist.ꕥ I can decide to decline a commission at any time if I feel that I cannot meet your request or if the request doesn't give me any inspiration. Always make sure that the commission you are about to ask is part of my DO list.ꕥ The prices you see are the base prices for the service offered. The price will increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. The listed prices will not change, unless of special promotions.ꕥ References are needed. If you don't have any reference it will result to additional fees to your commission since I'll have to draw your character from scratch.ꕥ For payment I'll only be accepting Paypal. We can either go through Vgen or then again I can send you an invoice directly to your Paypal.
Through Paypal, before to start any work a deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid. ( NON-REFUNDABLE ) If the sketch is approved then the rest of the balance must be paid before the rest of the work.
Through Vgen, if your request as been accepted a sketch will be sent first and if accepted, you must pay in full before I continue working onto the commission.ꕥ If the commisson is cancel before the approval of the sketch and paying only through Paypal, I will give back 25% of the total cost as a partial refund. If the work is not to your liking after the sketch is approved and the payment as been paid fully, I will refund 50% of the total cost.
I also reserve myself the choice to cancel any commission at any point if the customer behavior is innapropriate, disrespectfull, rude, aggressive or mean against me. A partial refund of 50% of the total cost will be given. ( Depending on what step the commissions was at. If before sketch was approved, it's 25% )ꕥ Time for commissions can vary. Depending on how I'm doing and the work I have, it can take up to 1-2 months. Rush orders can be accepted if I have the time, it will also add additional fees to your commission.ꕥ For each commission you can have 3 free minor revisions. For more then 3 or bigger revisions an additional fee will be added and need to be paid in full before I do the adjustments. If after the commissions is done and you see details that are not correct that you haven't spotted before, come back to me and we can see what we can do about it.ꕥ Every art work comes with a simple colored background, a PNG version and a watermarked version. Detailed background add additional fees as well, if taken it will be sent with the other versions. Art work will be sent by Email or through Vgen.
